Jamie is amazing! He worked extremely hard for us in a very tough market situation (after interest rates skyrocketed) and helped us land a great deal on our house. With us looking to buy as well, it became clear he wasn't in it to just secure the sale, but he gave some very thoughtful advice and insight that helped us further understand the market and even our own housing needs.

On our first meeting, Jamie was very eager to listen to our preferences. His personality is very warm, and he is really easy to talk to. We were impressed by his extensive knowledge and the fact that wherever we showed up for viewings people seem to know him which boosted our confidence that we got the right guy to help us. Jamie was very detailed oriented-he sent us listings profiled to our preferences or if we looked up something on our own and send it to him for review he promptly sent us back necessary information with all strengths and weaknesses of each property. As first-time home buyers, we needed lots of handholding from picking the best area suited for us right down to signing the contract. Overall from start to finish our experience was excellent. We felt well cared for and professionally advised. Jamie definitely will be our ONLY choice for our future purchases.
