Clarence has been an absolute delight to work with. We've dealt with a number of property agents in the past, and not just in Vancouver, but Clarence is the rare, understated, easy-going agent who took time to understand us and our needs, and made it clear from the start that the schedule we're comfortable with is what matters. We never felt pressured to rush into a decision. He went well out of his way to respond to our questions (we asked a lot), to explain the why and why nots, to hold our hand throughout the onerous administrative processes involved in buying/investing in a property, and most importantly, curate and filter only those opportunities that fit us. We're not VIPs, but Clarence certainly made us feel valued. We were hoping to find a patient, unassuming, trustworthy, responsive, put-the-client-first, not-one-size-fits-all broker, and that's exactly who we found in Clarence.

He was reliable, efficient and an excellent communicator. It felt like a friend was helping us. Our search was drawn out over 2 years during COVID, and we did an international move.
