We are both senior citizens and at our age it seemed a huge task to downsize from a British Properties home in west Vancouver to somewhere closer to our kids and grand kids . Now here we are in our cute and immaculate house in Surrey , right next door to both our daughters and grandchildren . Our house in Burnaby was in a very bad condition and there were so many realtors trying to bring offers when we were trying to sell it ourself , but nothing happened and when Vishey Singh brought an offer and the way he made us so comfortable , we decided to instead hire him as our own realtor . Although , the offer which he brought did not work out but then we were able to sell the house at much better price when he advised to do some landscaping and give the house a new paint and clear out all the clutter .
