Brad has been working with me since 2017 when I first attempt to sell my primary residence. He has been very professional. Always prepared and done his home work keeping me up to date in the house market. No pressure at all from him. This is my first transaction with Brad since 2017. We were able to buy our home for asking price, without having to compete with other offers. Almost 3 years have passed since we bought our home, we are very happy and expect to live in our home for many years to come.
