We were extremely fortunate to be referred to Chad by another realtor friend, as we were moving from the Lower Mainland into the Okanagan. Chad spent several days showing us several homes from Armstrong to Peachland and all points between. He was knowledgeable about each community, did his research on the homes we were interested in, and offered objective pros and cons of each home and neighbourhood. He was extremely professional, patient and fun to work with...we had some good laughs along the way! His low-key, relaxed personality and approach was just what we needed! Both homes we purchased ended up having some difficult negotiations and negative situations with the sellers and one of the realtors, and Chad handled everything with grace and respect, even when he didn't receive that back from the other end. His communication with us from start to finish was superb. We would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Let me start by saying that Chad found his calling long ago when he went into real estate. Looking for a new home when you havent sold your current one is always stressful but Chad was amazing at making the transition relatively painless. He was very diligent in finding homes to look at in the area we wanted. He was usually juggling a dozen balls in the air but never ignored us. There was more than a couple of places that as soon as we walked in the door, we said nope, not this one and Chad always took it in stride. When we found the one he was so helpful with all the paperwork and left no stone unturned. We knew then that if we do this dance again, Woz will be our guy! His professionalism went a long way and we consider him a friend.
