I highly recommend Shanon Kelly as a realtor. Due to her patience, professionalism and persistence I was able to find the perfect home for myself and my standard poodle, Jumby. She listened to what I wanted and to what I actually needed. She made suggestions and worked tirelessly to find the ideal condo for me: with a fenced in yard, yet! When I became tired of the process and wanted to give up; she encouraged me to continue and promised the right one would come along. She was very right and I am glad I followed her advice. She linked me with an excellent mortgage broker and was able to refer me to a very competent house inspector. It was more than worth all the time and effort. I have a lovely home that suits me very well.
