I started my career in the Property Management field in the 1990s. Before 2000, I joined a National Real Estate firm & learned the business side of Real Estate & built a network of professionals. With 8,000 Realtors across Canada, I watched the skills & techniques of many Realtors & took from them the attributes I believe most successfully served their clients. I constantly work toward refining these top skills to best serve my clients. I have owned & operated a variety of companies, performed years of management, consulting & accounting services, was an Officer of the Court & with the BC Securities Commission, worked in Property Management, held Strata Council positions & have years in Real Estate. I have gained communication skills, human behavior, negotiation strategies, legal rhetoric, documentation, organization & follow up. Today, I combine these skills to professionally serve my clients, provide the best advice, top value & the best experience possible.

I provide expertise & market knowledge, am innovative with tools/resources, visible & ingrained in networking & have solid relationship skills. I am a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) & provide diligent, experienced, trustworthy service.
