He set up customized home searching and helped us to find the right home for us. From the point of offer till closing , Sam did great follow ups and finally we made it. Definitely recommend Sam and his team to my friends, family or anyone who is looking to buy a home.

I do not live in Kelowna but needed to sell my moms condo there, They met with me at moms place and I immediately trusted them and found them warm and friendly. It did not take long and we had several showings booked and a quick sale. They were excellent communicators throughout and were always available to me for questions etc. They were always on top of everything,. Much of the deal was done remotely and they made it so very easy for me and went above and beyond in so many ways, Excellent job."
