A retired Canadian Air Force veteran with 25 years of service, Bill understands the challenges of relocating, especially under tight timelines. He has helped many military families at 19 Wing navigate smooth transitions to and from the Valley. Bills community involvement includes roles as a former City Councillor, Regional Director. With in-depth knowledge of local markets, zoning bylaws, and economic drivers, he provides valuable insight for both residential and commercial clients. A dedicated volunteer, Bill currently chairs the Comox Valley Airport Commission. He has also has served on various boards, including the Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation and United Way.
