In addition to feeling like she kept us informed and prepared in terms of market research, for both our sale and our purchase, she anticipated our needs and made things go as smoothly as she possibly could. As second time buyers, we know not every realtor does that. We expanded our family during the time we listed, sold, and purchased our new property and really appreciated the extra consideration, professionalism, and time she dedicated to us. She made sure she could get every showing to work even though we requested not to have lockbox. We had a tricky property to sell and lots of hiccups along the way, with both the sale and purchase, however, she was dedicated to making it a positive experience for us. We always felt we that if we had questions or concerns she responded to them immediately and kept us involved in the process.

I found Gail to be a very good Real state Agent. She listened to what I needed and wanted in a home. She was patient with me looking a number of places and did not put pressure on me to go outside my comfort level for price, features or areas. Due to previous home buying issues, I had a very negative attitude towards Real Estate Agents before working with Gail. Gail completely changed my mind and I now see the value of the Real Estate Agent. I would definitely work with Gail again and I would definitely recommend Gail as a Real Estate Agent to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home.
