In choosing a realtor, we wanted someone who was kind, understanding towards children, and knew what they were doing! Samantha came highly recommended by a friend, but we chose her because, right from the start, we could tell she was relatable, knowledgeable, professional and had an excellent online presence. What we valued most about her service was the ease she provided throughout the entire process. My advice to any potential buyer or seller is to really connect with your realtor. This is a personal decision, and the feeling you have during the process will stay with you. Not everyone is a match, but I believe Samantha could very well be the most compatible realtor for anyone out there. She made the experience so much smoother, and we couldnt have asked for a better partner in our move!

I came in with high expectations and Sam delivered on all of them. In addition to being awesome in what she does for a living, she is also a super nice human being and someone you will enjoy dealing with when going through the process of buying or selling real estate.

We found Sam through her Port Alberni content videos on YouTube. Since we were relocating from another province, we were interested in having a realtor who knew the local perspective but who had also lived elsewhere. We had an eclectic list of properties to see, and for us, the most important factor was value and potential. Sam understood who we were and added some very good other properties for viewing. From the initial search to due diligence and working through the purchase process in a new province, Sam was attentive to detail, very quick and responsive with all forms of communication and both helped us and advocated for us when needed. We would absolutely use Samantha again.

We had an amazing experience with Samantha! We had a very short timeframe to find a house (3 days) and she worked tirelessly to show us a million houses. She was respectful of our budget and hopes for a home, but also helped us see outside the box. She is so knowledgeable about neighbourhoods and houses, and really loves living in Port Alberni. In the end, she helped us purchase a dreamy home that we absolutely love, and steered us through the offer phase calmly. Can't recommend her enough :)
