This is the third time we have used Jonathan and the Gelderman team. As always he was straightforward about setting the best but reasonable price . He gave an estimate about how long before the property sold and was dead on. He was able to sell our property in 30 days, in a tough market, and just before Christmas. All other houses for sale in our area still for sale. He also found and completed the deal for my apartment with best advice. Always works hard and has significant experience in the market and how to close a deal. Team at the office always prompt and helpful. If you want you place sold then the Gelderman team will get it done.
