Holly Leonard

Holly is originally from Michigan where she graduated High school and promptly moved to the beautiful desert southwest of sunny Tucson, AZ to attend the University of Arizona. Holly received a full-ride scholarship for her musical talent and graduated Summa Cum Laud with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. After a career on the builder side at PulteGroup for over 20 years, Holly brings a vast array of knowledge on New Construction and a deep understanding and skill of Seller Pricing Strategy and negotiating on behalf of the client. Serving as Associate Broker and Corporate Trainer, she received multiple awards over her new home career, including Top Closed Sales Producer & President's Club Member. Holly spends her spare time volunteering for various non-profit organizations year after year. It is in her blood to give back and her real passion is helping others and looks forward to helping all of our Net Properties clients new and old to continue to find success in real estate.
