Seth Rich

Seth Rich is the founder and owner of InvestInAZProperties.com, ShortSaleOpedia.com, and AztecCorridor.com. He earned his real estate license in 2003 and established these niche companies to compete in the ever changing real estate landscape in Arizona. He specializes in investment properties, short sale negotiations, and the North Scottsdale area. Seth earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the UCLA in Psychology and Business. In addition, he earned his MBA from Purdue University, in Finance and Strategic Management. Seth and his family have lived in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1995. Seth is a Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), which is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field obtained by only 4% of all Realtors nationwide. Some of Seths strongest attributes are his tenacious negotiating skills, his ability to listen to his clients goals and achieve those goals, and his full-time availability to respond to his clients needs.
