We had the best experience possible with a very difficult home purchase. Melissa was always available to handle whatever challenge presented itself, and there were many. Our purchase began as a for-sale-by-owner but digressed to a legal battle as the sellers signed documents without reading or understanding them. Melissa was a voice of reason for my wife and I, as we eventually conceded to cover over $10,000. in extra costs and repairs that the sellers claimed they did not agree to, despite signing all documents. We even paid for two months of the sellers mortgage to close the transaction. We would not have been able to purchase our home had it not been for Melissa's knowledge, expertise, and professionalism.
