I've been licensed since January 1999 and received my broker's license in January 2005. I've been coached by the Brian Buffini Company with one-to-one coaching since November 1999. I am dedicated to serving my buyers and sellers as if they were my family (and most of them are friends or family of my friends and family and past clients!) I LOVE my work and the trust that my clients have in me! I am accomplished at selling the highest priced listings in neighborhoods and getting multiple offers and negotiating them professionally while accomplishing sales well above list price on many listings. With buyers, I work tirelessly until we find the perfect home and I am experienced in representing my buyers well when they are up against multiple offers.
