Tom helped us sell our home for way More Money than we thought we would get! He went out and got us All our Options. First Tom got us Offers from I-Buyers like Offerpad, Opendoor, Hedge funds and Investors then he put All the Offers on a spread sheet with All the costs of selling so we could compare our Net money in our pocket from each offer. Tom also gave us comparable Home Sales so we determine what the sales price should be on our home if we listed it the regular way with Tom as well what the would net $$ us too. Then Tom let us decide which way and offer was better for us. Once we decided Tom continue to help us negotiation the sales price, closing date, terms, concessions, as well as the repairs and guided us through every other detail that pop up along the way!
