I am a newly licensed agent in Arizona. I have a wife and two daughters. I am born and raised in the Glendale/Phoenix area so I know this city very well. I am also in the process of purchasing a new home for myself and my family, so I have gone to and viewed over 50 homes in the last couple of months alone so I know the market very well. My main priorities would not just be to find my clients a home, but to uphold my fiduciary duties as a Realestate Agent and find my clients their dream home within their current budget. I will search every available home until we find the right one.
