Growing up in Scottsdale in a family immersed in custom home building, Shaun learned the real estate business from the ground up. That hands-on exposure to construction and design gave him a sharp eye for quality and a deep vendor network long before he became an agent. He furthered that foundation with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University, giving him a rare, dual perspective on both the macro side of real estate, including zoning, growth, and planning trends, and the micro side, what actually makes a home work. Today, with nearly a decade of experience as a multi million dollar producer in Scottsdale and Phoenix, Shaun brings that full spectrum knowledge to every client, whether buying a first home, selling a longtime property, or investing in short term rentals (he's also an Airbnb Superhost managing properties across the Valley).
