Marie was awesome to work with - we lived in Colorado and she did a ton of ground work to insure we had showings that meet our needs. She spent a lot of time not just previewing homes but neighborhoods which allowed us to quickly find the right fit for us. I usually dont write reviews but I thought I would share my experience with you. I was going through a separation and was in the market for a condo. I was given a referral and began my search with my new realtor. After being late to showings not getting the correct documents signed and the worst being told by your finance company the deal fell through the day of closing. I was frustrated with the whole situation and decided to take a break and rented for a year. I was ready to give it another shot, I spoke with Marie and told about my past situation and she assured me that would not happen again. I am pleased to say after forty five days I was in my new condo Marie was there from the home search to the final closing with my finance company.
