James Nielsen

As an Associate Broker James strategically represents his clients. He uses his knowledge, expertise and professionalism to guide them through the very complicated real estate transaction process. James has built his business brick by brick. He used this knowledge to further his ability to represent his clients with their best interest in mind. James has over the past forty-seven years of his real estate career represented hundreds of clients. He has created a business acumen through dedication, communication, determination and trust. During this time James acquired two degrees from Scottsdale Community College. He also holds a Bachelors degree from Arizona State University. In addition, he has over five hundred hours of continuing education in real estate required by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. James represented this country as a United States Marine. The Marine Corps motto is Semper Fi always faithful. James has lived that motto all his life.
