I am a first time home buyer and I could not have ask for a better team to guide me through this journey. They where there every step of the way. When they felt we needed to go to another leader for my financing they explain why and got the ball rolling so that we would meet the day of closing. The companies they had such as the title company , lender, home inspection where professional and i felt reassured they were all working to help make my dream of a home come true. They are lovely wonderful people. I am now a part of the Beede team Family.

We couldn't be more pleased with The Beede Team. They were quick to find out our wants in a home, location and price to begin search. Ended up doing a new build which most would think is an easy process so why need a realtor? They negotiated our lot and ultimately our price to get us a bigger incentive. Jeff and Jamie wanted to be with us at every step of the progress to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and exactly what we were paying for. Design center, inspection, closing, and keys, they were there. Some might think that's too much and they asked every time if they could come because they wanted to be there to help. We could have said no but we valued their input as they have build many homes. They sure did help and it was a pleasure working with them on our build.

The Beede team was awesome when selling our house. They came prepared with market research, comps, and estimated value. When offers weren't hitting our mark, they reached out to comps and found why their houses didn't sell for more. We then had a good basis to accept the offer we did. They were great in relaying info back and forth throughout the contract process and help make this as smooth as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. You truly do get a team working for you.

From step one Jeff and Jaime were very engaged in helping me find my home asking me what I really want my home to be. They took took extreme effort to ensure I wasn't settling for my home that I was getting the home I would be proud to live in which I am very proud to be a home owner. I would highly recommend Jeff and Jaime to anyone who is looking for a new home they are the best.

As a first time home buyer they answered all my questions and explained all the process steps. The Beede's had a lot of info of all communities and if they weren't sure about something they would ask and very prompt about getting back to me. As soon as I would text or call their reply was quick. They made buying a house an awesome experience. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family A+ in my books they go above and beyond.
