What drew me into real estate and the hotel industry was the fast moving pace and the need to work through daily puzzles. For some, this sounds like the opposite of what they would look for in a career, but for me it is ideal as I am terrible at sitting still. By nature I am a problem solver, and it has been my experience that the best problem solvers are the ones who have the foresight to anticipate challenges and avoid them all together. The hotel industry taught me how to be ready at a moments notice, and this continues to serve me well in real estate.

Before getting into real estate, I managed several hotels across the country, and it taught me two very important skills that I still use for my clients' benefit. One of my main objectives was negotiating lodging contracts for different business, wedding parties - things like that - ranging from thousand's to multi-million dollar agreements. Every real estate agent makes the claim that they are master negotiators for their clients, but my experience prior to real estate has made negotiating home prices and repairs for my clients a breeze.

For my sellers, I create a 3D virtual tour of your house to not only gain traction the second we post your house online, but also to avoid dozens of people strolling through your home. For my buyers I create the same tours of potential properties so that you can view them from the comfort of your own home, and limit the amount of houses you go to see in person to the select few that truly intrigue you.
