For over 17 years I have bought, sold, renovated and invested in single family homes in the downtown and central Phoenix areas, where I also reside. We were introduced to Douglas through mutual friends. Though we were a year out from being ready for a purchase, he volunteered his time on a Saturday to meet up for coffee and offer advice/get to know us and our priorities. In the year following he was never pushy about getting started, and I imagine a lot of realtors might be. When we worked together to purchase our home he was truly a consultant looking to understand what we valued and gave us a ton of advice on how to get it. I would add that his experience flipping/improving homes proved invaluable. It was like having a cursory home inspection on every property, not just waiting until after the offer to have someone come in and THEN find out about areas of concern. All in all, we are very happy with our home and the experience we had getting it.
