Susan was very knowledgeable regarding the homes I was looking into, features, etc. She responded quickly to my messages, even at night or on the weekends. She helped negotiate the closing price as well as advocate for me when something was not quite right. Susan also worked with the closing numbers and sacrificed part of her commission to help make my dream a reality. I really appreciated her, from beginning to end.
