Buyers and Sellers Beware: Had the worst experience with Chris, first he shows up to the showing of 533 S Santa Fe Trl, Cornville, AZ 86325 late and then schedules the viewing with another couple for the same exact time to try to create some urgency and it was very uncomfortable. I then try to put in an offer on the property and Chris refused to get back to me, I tried calling and texting. The home then sells for $25,000 under what my offer was. Chris broke his fiduciary agreement with the seller by never presenting my offer and lost the seller $25,000. He has been reported to the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
