Tim Winter

Timothy Winter began his career in real estate by dabbling in property management with his in-laws during the early 90s. His day job may have been a software engineer, but his real passion was real estate. He learned a lot from his first real estate investment, a foreclosed condo that was gutted and rebuilt. He made enough on that first purchase to put a down payment on a larger four bedroom house, he was hooked! Tim obtained his real estate license and has never looked back. As his own real estate portfolio grew, Tim learned all the ins and outs of finding bargains, acquisition, holding and asset management. He now leverages his investing experience to best serve his clients. Tim is happily married to his wife Sarah and together they have three rescue dogs or as he likes to call them kids with paws. To relax and disconnect, Tim enjoys hiking and camping. He also likes to play BlackJack and Texas hold em for the strategy, which he finds similar to finding a great deal on a house!
