Rebecca is THE BEST. She worked with us from out of state and went above and beyond to check out potential homes for us. She's kind, smart, knowledgeable about the market, and truly cares for her clients. She's extremely professional. We honestly can't say enough about how wonderful she was in working with us. We were pretty choosy about what and where we wanted to be. Rebecca was very responsive and focused on us the whole time, never pushing us outside our preferences. Rebecca made my first home buying experience super easy and enjoyable. I guess I can't compare her to other realtors because I have only bought one house, but I have heard from others that buying a house can be complicated but it sure the heck wasn't for me. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us a lot of options. She was always available to answer our questions and help us understand the process. We loved our experience with Rebecca. She has patience with the reserved buyers like ourselves. This is more than than you would think. My first Realtor was a friend of a friend but what a mistake. That person seemed to be agitated because we did not buy the first house we were shown. We did not experience this with Rebecca. She did not push us to buy at the first chance. We were outbid on a house we really liked and could not match the new asking price because it was slightly over the budget we set for a monthly payment. Rebecca supported our decision and started right back to work right away on other houses to show. Within a couple weeks Rebecca was notified that the first bidder backed out and we purchased our house that we loved for the price we could afford.
