Katie recently helped me purchase my home, and she was an absolute joy to work with! Katie is very professional, responsive and also has a fantastic personality! As everyone knows, the market has been crazy over the past couple of years... and you have to move fast. Every time I wanted to see a house, Katie jumped on it right away. And when I found the house that I wanted to make an offer on, again she was very quick to communicate with the seller's agent and get the contract submitted asap. I would highly recommend Katie!!

Katie facilitated the purchase of our new home and was an integral part of the team that sold our previous home. She has a very "down-to-earth" personality, which mades working with her easy. Her prompt response time to our calls/texts and setting appointments was beneficial in both our sale and purchase deals. Our son, first-time home buyer, is working with Katie now. We were looking for a home during a very hot market in Peoria with homes moving very quickly. Our California home was already in escrow so there was a big sense of urgency. We ended up finding a home that was For Sale by Owner, which Im sure added a level of difficulty as she was having to handle both sides.
