We made the decision to relocate from Illinois to Phoenix in 2017. We connected with Dianne online. When we were ready to make an offer, she visited the homes we liked, taking videos of her walk through as well as the neighborhood. The Phoenix housing market was very active; we lost out on several homes because we wanted to sleep on it. At the end of May a new home came on the market. She immediately made an appointment to see it on Memorial Day, taking almost a dozen videos. We fell in love with the home and made our offer. Her support didnt stop there. After the offer was accepted, she accompanied inspectors and did measurements for us. We were finally able to visit the home in person with her at the end of June. We closed in July, but werent able to relocate until the beginning of August. We moved into our dream home in August. The home had the mountain view we wanted. We could not have managed a long distance relocation without Diannes superb work!
