Contrary to popular belief, a great salesman does not equal a real estate agent. Real estate agents aren't supposed to 'sell' real estate, they are supposed to represent their clients. A good agent should be an expert in handling all aspects of a real estate transaction and have an intimate knowledge of current market conditions. They should also have the ability to apply their expertise to the specific way their client needs it, fully representing them and their best interests. My goal in each transaction is not to be paid a commission. My goal is to fully represent my client, exceeding their expectations and succeeding in guiding them to their goal.
