Excellent communication and follow up throughout the process. We bought from out of state, so she was able to visit the home the and coordinate for us. My husband and I were first time home buyers, so with that came many questions. Caitlin did a great job of answering all our questions - literally at all hours of the day. She also stepped in and helped coordinate other items such as getting estimates for our repair requests, and reaching out to other agents to help gain immediate access to homes not quite for sale yet in the area we desired. I truly feel like she understood exactly what we were looking for in our first home, and when we found the house we loved, she didn't discourage us from putting in a back up offer even though the home had been under contract for a few weeks. We ended up getting that house, and are thankful she helped us get it!
