Dave is a Tampa Bay Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer with more than a decade of real estate experience. His background on both the real estate and mortgage sides gives him a unique perspective when helping buyers, sellers, homeowners, and investors. Dave chose to join AXEN because he saw an opportunity to bring his real estate and mortgage businesses together, while gaining access to the technology, support, and resources needed to better serve his clients and grow his business. As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Dave also has a special passion for helping fellow veterans and military families understand their homeownership and VA loan options.
