Hi, I just bought a home through Mimi Lundy with Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert in Lake Havasu. Mimi did a great job with our purchase. She took the time to work with us and understand out needs in advance of heading out to look at homes. Mimi patiently took us to all of the listings we found on the Internet then politely suggested we look at one of the homes she suggested. It was a beautiful new "spec" home..... exactly what we were looking for. A home we never came across during out internet searches! After giving us some time to have some lunch and digest what we saw, we met with Mimi in the afternoon and she wrote up our offer on the new spec home. Mimi did a great job with the negotiations with the builder as well. Mimi got the builder to accept our initial offer as is, without a counter. She was awesome. As we live out of town....
