I serve Colorado Springs Colorado and some surrounding areas including Payton, Fountain and Woodland park. I have lived here for 14 years . There is no other place I would rather work, live, and raise my kids. What sets me apart from the competition is that I have a very hands on approach. I will work closely with the lenders, inspectors, and the realtor representing the client on the other end. I surround myself with top industry professionals that are the best of the best so that my clients can be well informed and helped from start to finish. My firm has a lot of connections as far as vendors go. If you need a lender, a painter, an accountant, we have the ability to refer you to people we have work with in the past. The ability to quickly adapt, my attention to detail, my negotiation skills, and my communication skills are what makes me believe that communication is a vital component of any relationship.
