When my parents passed away, I needed to find a realtor to sell their house. I contacted Michelle to see if she could assist me. She immediately got things rolling. Michelle and her team provided the following: 1) listing and selling of house, 2) attorney for legal guidance, 3) estate sale, 4) handyman to inspect and repair items for home inspection, and 5) landscaper. These other services were very professional and very price competitive. Michelle was very proactive and involved with every step. Communication was excellent. I knew what was going on every step of the process. Michelle and her team are AWESOME and I would highly recommend them!!! By the way, the house sold in two days and escrow closed in less than 30 days!
