Through the course of my career as a new construction salesperson, I've have met many Realtors. When it came time to purchase our retirement home, Jaci Jensen was our choice. From past experiences I knew she was attentive to her customers, a great negotiator and most her attention to extensive follow-up. She is energetic, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Real Estate market and was unfailingly upbeat and ready to meet all our criteria. She only showed us homes that she truly felt best met our needs. and boy, did she come through. We had a smooth transaction, no stress, no surprises and we love living in our new home!. OMG! 5 stars isnt enough of a rating for Jaci Jensen!! Not only is she an amazing realtor but she is one of the kindest people I have ever met!!! When my husband and I bought our house jaci didnt want us to purchase it because she felt it was a bad fit!!! We didnt listen to her and now we are having problems that jaci is still actually being kind enough to help us out with this problem!!! I would totally recommend this wonderful person for her knowledge, patience, compassion and kindness towards others!!!

Jaci helped us to purchase our first home this year. Having never before worked with a Realtor, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was at ease from the first day we met Jaci. She is extremely down to earth, personable, and easy to work with. She helped us find the perfect house for our young family the first weekend we looked. Throughout all of the red tape that comes along with buying a house, I felt like she always kept us in the loop, educated us and advocated for our best interest. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I came to trust her opinion completely. I couldn't imagine a home buying experience going more smoothly -- especially for it being our first home. Jaci was on top of things from the very beginning when we listed our home and took us out many times looking at properties to give us a sense where we wanted to start looking for finding a home when ours did sell. She was very intent on finding us something we would be happy with after we sold our home. She was always on top of things from agents coming thru to the final agent that wrote the contract on our home. She was always calling to update us on the lenders and inspections and before ours closed she found a few properties for us and we were able to close at the same times and make it a less stressful situation. It was so much better than what we have experienced in the past. She got us the price we needed to sell at and we downsize into something more affordable at this time of our life. When and if the time comes around again I will definitely call her again. She's honest and really cares rather than just wanting to make a sale.
