I worked in the banking and finance industry for 17 years prior to making my move to real estate sales 22 years ago. I began my finance career in the mid 80s when interest rates were coming down from their 1981 high of 18%. I weathered the global crises in the great recession between 2007 and 2014 riding the fastest train to our most competitive housing peak of multiple offers in 2021. I was prepared to help buyers and sellers navigate the rising interest rate environment in 2022 using my experience by providing strategic offer and marketing advise to help them make the best moves. The housing market remains fluid and I stay invested.
