I'm back for seconds!! This is not the first time I used this husband and wife team. I worked closer to Sharon this time around. Sharon was professional and on top of things. Good communication and provide regular status updats. When the appraisal came back less than the sell price, I didn't think that she would truly help renegotiate the price to be at appraisal amount. This would affect her commission, but she was honest and told me "I'm not afraid to ask for the appraisal price for you. Let's just try." At that point, I knew she was working with me to get me the best deal. She was knowledgeable and if she didn't know then she would call around to find out.
