Aa a first time homeseller, what I was looking for was someone who could guide me through this process as easily as possible. I had many obstacles to overcome to get my house ready to sell and couple that with moving abroad, I truly felt overwhelmed before it even started. We had a couple agents come to our house but Josh was so organized and prepared it made our decision very easy. He had all the comparisons for our area which made it easy to come up with a listing price. We walked out the door to come back to Canada and he had an open house the next day. The house sold within a week and we had our money in 45 days. He put us in touch with the title company and the FIFTA company who also were good people.
