Bob is one of a small group of local Flagstaff agents certified as a Luxury Property Specialist. Focusing on Agency and the representation of people, Bob believes strong relationships foster trust and allow better negotiations for buyers or sellers. Bob is a certified Luxury Property Specialist, a Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and holds GREEN and Smart Home designations. Growing up in the Midwest before moving west to work in adolescent mental health and outdoor education Bob retains his affable Midwestern upbringing. Using his criminal justice degree and a full career of experience with adjudicated youth, Bob has developed his listening and negotiation skills and brings them to real estate. Given his background and expertise in negotiation, splitting the difference is rarely the best option for his clients.
