We had just sold our home in Scottsdale and had 28 days to vacate it. We wanted to downsize in a specific retirement community, and knew that Janell was well versed in the area. We contacted her and got an appointment the very next day to see three possible homes. The first one was our "dream home" the minute we walked in the door. We saw the other two but were not interested. We made a fair offer for the first viewing which was accepted that same day so we could move in in the next three weeks. When we were closing on our home, Janell made the 50 mile trip to be with us in case we needed any additional assistance. That was definitely above the call to duty, and is indicative of her dedication to her job and her customers. Should the need arise and we were to sell our current home, we would definitely have her handle the whole job.

Janell did a wonderful job of helping us buy our house in Maricopa. It had just gone on the market and already had a sale pending.
