If you have a million dollar home in a resort area like Hot Springs... Pick a Realtor that knows that market. And if you are looking to buy a lake condo don't use a lender from small town because they know you. Pick a lender in the town you are buying in that knows about condo financing. Choosing the right person for the job makes all the difference in the world when it comes to Real Estate. So pick someone you like, can spend the whole day with, and knows the process to get the job done and more importantly someone you trust. All that being said, I am a full time agent and my husband and I work as a team and know the Hot Springs Real Estate market and all the lenders, inspectors, plumbers etc... that you will need to make your transaction go smoothly.
