Russ is simply amazing. I was a first time buyer, and he was so helpful in getting me through each step. He has a great understanding of the market but also a great understanding of how housing and lifestyle intersect. I ended up with the most perfect house and a lot of that is because he understood the difference between checking boxes and checking in. Hes also a shark when it comes to negotiation, and saved me a considerable amount of money. Hes got great contacts in everything from inspectors, to insurance, to chimney sweeps, which will save me even more money as the years go by. He is the perfect person to have working for you. If you are looking for an agent, take some time and meet him for a coffee. You cannot do better than Russ. 10/10 would work with again.
