Julie Meggs is the Qualifying Broker and real estate instructor for our office. Julie has been in the real estate industry for 15 years and has a true passion for mentoring clients at any stage of real estate investment to help them attain their real estate goals and dreams. A native of Tuscaloosa, Julie graduated from the University of Alabama with a Masters in secondary education. Working as a single agent for the first 10 years of her real estate career, she decided to start her own team in 2016. The Julie Meggs Team, is a multi-million-dollar producer. She and her team won a Best of Zillow award in 2019, and ranked as the 6th highest producing small team for Real Trends Magazine for the state of Alabama in the same year.
