Trish was the first realtor who came out, after our meeting she was the one. She advised and helped in so many way’s. Knowing I would be 14 hours from the house I was selling it gave me comfort that I had Trish. After the house was inspected for a potential buyer, she went to the house and proved the jetted tub worked and the garage disposal. She got four different contractors out to do the work. She was there when they did the work and paid them for me, knowing I would send her a check. I sold some furniture on Marketplace and she went to the house so they could pick it up and paid her and she sent me the money. I never dreamed that a realtor would do all that she’s done for me or never thank her enough. Selling a house when you’re so far away seems impossible, but not when you have the right realtor.
