Jerry Lymburner

I'm the owner and broker of Powered by Lymburner Realty in Fairbanks, Alaska. I've been licensed since 2013 and has closed over 1,300 transactions across residential, commercial, multifamily, raw land, and investment property. I spent two years as a licensed agent before opening my own brokerage in August 2015. Alongside the brokerage I built a property management operation overseeing hundreds of rental units in the Fairbanks and North Pole markets, which gave him a working knowledge of what a building actually costs to run not just what it sells for. That background shapes how I advise clients and investors on valuation, cash flow, and asset management. I work with first-time buyers, military and veteran clients, and investors building portfolios, and is known for a direct, no-pressure approach. I live in Fairbanks with his fiance' Whitney and their blended family.
