Jeff Warkentin was born and raised on a farm in the Peace Region east of Grande Prairie, where he developed a strong work ethic and deep connection to the community he serves. He earned his real estate license in 2006 while working with Devco Developments Corp., gaining valuable experience in development and property investment.
With a background in residential construction, Jeff brings practical insight into how homes are built and what to look for in quality construction. As a Real Estate Team Lead and investor, he believes real estate is one of the best ways to build a secure financial future and is passionate about helping clients make confident buying, selling, and investing decisions.
Outside of real estate, Jeff enjoys giving back to the community by coaching basketball and leading a local 4-H club. He is also a proud husband and father of five.
