I can't say enough good things about Scott! I messaged him in the summer asking for help finding a condo within 2 months because I was starting school close to the university. I also had a lot of requests (2 bedrooms with 2 full baths that were in each room, balcony facing West, walkable distance to LRT, etc), and he not only helped me find a place but he did it in 2 weeks! It's now been 6 months since I purchased my home and I love it more every day. I also had a few issues turning on my fireplace a month after I moved in and he came to fix it for us ASAP. My parents also bought their house with Scott years ago and had just as great of an experience as I did!
