Dave is such a professional, and just knows his craft! I was so lucky to meet him at an open house. My home is unique, and therefore difficult so sell, and I had tried other agents. Dave said he could sell it .... although sceptical ... I signed up; and he sold it. I'm so impressed and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dave, he is knowledgeable, competent and just a nice person.

Dave excels when it comes to showing homes as well as marketing them when you are selling. He made sure the listing went to all the right people and showcased the home in the best way.
